INTRODUCTION: Gliomatosis cerebri (GC) is defined by diffuse, widespread glial tumor growth affecting three or more cerebral lobes. Previous studies in gliomas found no distinct histological or molecular GC subtype, yet the presence of GC is associated with worse median overall survival (OS).
