OBJECTIVES: Epidermal Growth Factor Receptor (EGFR) and Anaplastic Lymphoma Kinase (ALK) Tyrosine Kinase Inhibitors (TKIs) are the preferred treatment option for patients with advanced/metastatic non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC) harboring EGFR mutations and ALK rearrangements respectively.
