BACKGROUND: To investigate the genetic diversity of Haemophilus influenzae positive samples among French pilgrims attending the 2018 Hajj pilgrimage. METHOD: After screening by qPCR, multilocus sequence typing was performed for all H. influenzae-positive samples.
