Background Oropharyngeal squamous cell carcinoma (OPSCC) is dominated by tonsillar and tongue base carcinomas (TSCC/BOTSCC), but there are carcinomas at other sites, such as uvula/soft palate/pharyngeal wall here defined as other OPSCC.
