Abstract Mediastinal gray zone lymphoma (MGZL) has immunopathologic features between classical Hodgkin lymphoma (cHL) and primary mediastinal thymic B-cell lymphoma (PMBL), leading to uncertainty regarding its biological relationship to these entities.
