Glandular papilloma (GP) and mixed squamous cell and glandular papilloma (MP) are rare benign pulmonary tumors occurring in the bronchi. Bronchiolar adenoma (BA) was recently characterized as a pulmonary tumor exhibiting alveolar spread. Both GP/MP and BA are composed of a mixture of glandular, ciliated, squamous, and basal cells.
