BACKGROUND: Diffuse large B-cell lymphoma (DLBCL) is a clinically heterogeneous malignancy. Following front-line immunochemotherapy, 30-40% of DLBCL patients develop relapsed or refractory (r/r) disease, which can be treated with ibrutinib.
