Context: Metastatic pheochromocytoma/paraganglioma (MPP) therapy mainly involves radionuclide therapy, chemotherapy, and targeted therapy. In recent years, temozolomide (TMZ) showed great promise in some MMP patients, especially those with SDHB germline mutation.
