AIMS: Arrhythmogenic cardiomyopathy (ACM) is a myocardial disease caused mainly by mutations in genes encoding desmosome proteins ACM patients present with ventricular arrhythmias, cardiac dysfunction, sudden cardiac death, and a subset with fibro-fatty infiltration of the right ventricle predominantly.
