Acute macular neuroretinopathy (AMN) is a rare disease, the etiology of which remains unclear. An ischemic event at the level of the deep capillary plexus has been proposed. The authors present three cases of AMN in the context of active systemic Behçet's disease, with the support of multimodal imaging.
