Objective:To investigate the gene expression and polymorphisms of vitamin D receptor (VDR) in nasopharyngeal carcinoma. Method:The expression of VDR mRNA was detected by fluorescent quantitative PCR in PBMC from 48 patients with nasopharyngeal carcinoma and 48 controls.
