OBJECTIVES: To explore whether complex glandular patterns (CGPs) have a potential role in the clinical management of patients with lung adenocarcinoma. METHODS: We included 356 patients with lung adenocarcinoma with available clinicopathologic information, gene mutations, and clinical outcomes for analysis.
