Genotyping-by-sequencing (GBS) potentially offers a cost-effective alternative for SNP discovery and genotyping. Here, we report the exploration of GBS in tetraploid potato. Both ApeKI and PstI/MspI enzymes were used for library preparation on eight diverse potato genotypes.
