We characterized 26 wild fruit flies comparative population genomics from six different altitude and latitude locations by whole genome resequencing. Genetic diversity was relatively higher in Ganzi and Chongqing populations. We also found 13 genes showing selection signature between different altitude flies and variants related to hypoxia and temperature stimulus, were preferentially selected during the flies...
