Pancreatic cancer is often fatal due to delayed diagnosis and treatment difficulties. OBJECTIVE: To analyze selected SPINK1, CTRC, CFTR, and PRSS1 gene mutations in cancer tissue and blood samples of patients with pancreatic tumors.
