OBJECTIVE: To explore the genetic etiology of two fetuses with Dandy-Walker malformation using single nucleotide polymorphism microarray (SNP-array). METHODS: The fetuses and their parents were subjected to G banding karyotype analysis. The fetuses were also subjected to SNP-array analysis.
