Primary myelofibrosis is characterized by bone marrow fibrosis, splenomegaly and presence of JAK-2 V617F mutation in more than 90% of patients. Ruxolitinib is a Janus kinase inhibitor used for the treatment of primary myelofibrosis. We describe herein a persistent foot ulcer development attributed to ruxolitinib therapy.
