Anti-HIV-1 broadly neutralizing antibodies (bnAbs) have been extensively tested against pesudoviruses of diverse strains. We generated and characterized HIV-1 primary isolates from antiretroviral naïve infected Indian children, and determined their susceptibility to known NAbs.
