OBJECTIVE: To determine the origin of two prenatally detected small supernumerary marker chromosomes (sSMCs). METHODS: The sSMCs were analyzed with combined G-banding, C-banding, fluorescence in situ hybridization (FISH), and single nucleotide polymorphisms array (SNP-array) techniques.
