CLINICAL INTRODUCTION: A previously healthy 12-year-old boy presented with chest pain and dyspnoea. ECG (figure 1), echocardiogram (figure 2) and myocardial MRI (figure 3) were performed.Electromyography revealed mild proximal weakness.
