We present two unrelated cases of young adults with hypercalcemia, hypercalciuria, and nephrocalcinosis. Both had suppressed intact parathyroid hormone levels and high 1,25 vitamin D levels after only brief, low-dose, over-the-counter vitamin supplementation.
