CASE REPORT: A 58-year-old man presenting with no vascular risk factors visited our hospital with right hemiparesis and total aphasia. Diffusion-weighted magnetic resonance imaging of the brain showed multiple hyperintensities in watershed distributions in the left hemisphere.
