Essential thrombocythemia (ET) is a risk factor for ischemic stroke and, far more rarely, hemorrhage. We report the case of an untreated 32-year-old woman with a history of JAK2 V617F-positive ET with cerebellar and subarachnoid hemorrhages without evidence of sinus vein thrombosis.
