Familial hemophagocytic lymphohistiocytosis (F-HLH) and Griscelli syndrome type 2 (GS) are life-threatening immunodeficiencies characterized by impaired cytotoxic T lymphocyte (CTL) and natural killer (NK) cell lytic activity.
