OBJECTIVE: Hypertrophic cardiomyopathy is underscored by profound phenotypic and genotypic heterogeneity. Echocardiographically, hypertrophic cardiomyopathy can be categorized into four morphological subtypes: reverse curve, sigmoidal, neutral contour, and apical variant.
