We report on two unrelated fetuses born to nonconsanguineous couples with fetal akinesia deformation sequence (FADS). The fetuses shared facial features, micrognathia, fetal finger pads, bulbous digital tips, pterygia, clubfeet, ventriculomegaly, and cerebellar anomalies.
