Acroscyphodysplasia (OMIM250215) is a distinctive form of metaphyseal dysplasia characterized by the distal femoral and proximal tibial epiphyses embedded in cup-shaped, large metaphyses known as metaphyseal scypho ("scypho" = cup) deformity.
