A 35-year-old man with clinical suspicion of adrenal pheochromocytoma was evaluated using Ga DOTANOC PET/CT. PET/CT demonstrated Ga DOTANOC-avid right adrenal mass and cerebellar lesion, raising the suspicion of adrenal pheochromocytoma with cerebellar hemangioblastoma suggesting von Hippel-Lindau (VHL) syndrome.
