Inter-retrotransposon amplified polymorphisms (IRAPs) and retrotransposon-microsatellite amplified polymorphisms (REMAPs) were used to detect retrotransposon integration events and genetic diversity in 101 Iranian bread wheat (Triticum aestivum L.) cultivars and breeding lines.
