With murine monoclonal antibodies specific for the human IgG1 allotypes G1m(z), G1m(a), G1m(f) and the IgG1 subclass, sandwich enzyme-linked immunosorbent assays (ELISAs) were developed to determine whether different allotypic determinants are located on the same molecule.
