Adenosquamous carcinoma of the lung (Ad-Sq) is an uncommon subtype with poor prognosis. We analyzed the clinicopathological characteristics of Ad-Sq, focusing the correlation between Epidermal Growth Factor Receptor (EGFR) mutation and clinicopathological factors.
