CONTEXT: The tumorigenic role of genetic abnormalities in sporadic pituitary nonfunctioning adenomas (NFAs), which usually originate from gonadotroph cells, is unknown. OBJECTIVE: The objective of the study was to identify somatic genetic abnormalities in sporadic pituitary NFAs.
