OBJECTIVES: To determine the genetic basis of disordered steroidogenesis in Kuwaiti siblings. STUDY DESIGN: Two siblings (46,XX and 46,XY) had normal female external genitalia and severe glucocorticoid and mineralocorticoid deficiency presenting in the first month of life.
