Atypical polypoid adenomyoma (APA) is an uncommon lesion of the uterus. APA is seen in perimenopausal women who have abnormal vaginal bleeding. We present a case of an APA, which in histological findings showed complex and atypical glands that could be confused with well-differentiated adenocarcinoma.
