PURPOSE: To evaluated the efficacy and safety of sorafenib in patients with advanced gastrointestinal stromal tumors (GIST) who failed to previous standard treatments. EXPERIMENTAL DESIGN: Thirty-one patients with measurable metastatic GIST who failed both imatinib and sunitinib were accrued.
