Lansoprazole (LPZ), amoxicillin (AMPC) and clarithromycin (CAM) are commonly used drugs (LAC regimen) for Helicobacter pylori (H. pylori) eradication, but the eradication rate with this regimen was reported to be 70% to 90%.
