To assess the incidence of ERG rearrangements and PTEN deletions in a group of prognostically favorable PCA tumors of the transition zone (TZ). We interrogated 54 unsuspected PCA tumors using fluorescence in-situ hybridization for ERG rearrangements and PTEN deletions.
