Retinoblastoma is the most common primary intraocular tumor of childhood and may be heritable or occur sporadically. Anterior diffuse retinoblastoma is an uncommon variant that is thought to be sporadic. We describe a child with anterior diffuse retinoblastoma who presented with a pseudohypopyon.
