Beckwith-Wiedemann syndrome (BWS) and isolated hemihyperplasia (IHH) are two well known overgrowth conditions that are associated with cancer predisposition. Multiple surveillance protocols have been proposed to detect the most commonly reported tumor types Wilms tumor and hepatoblastoma.
