BACKGROUND: Darier's disease (OMIM 124200) is an autosomal-dominant skin disorder characterized by warty papules and plaques in seborreheic areas, palmo-plantar pits and distinctive nail abnormalities. The disease has complete penetrance in adults and variable expressivity.
