Random amplified polymorphic DNA (RAPD) and high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) were applied to investigate genetic and chemical variations of 2 natural C. sinensis, 16 fungal strains isolated from C. sinensis, and 2 fungal strains of C. militaris.
