Powdery mildew resistance from Thinopyrum intermedium was introgressed into common wheat (Triticum aestivum L.). Genetic analysis of the F(1), F(2), F(3) and BC(1) populations from powdery mildew resistant line CH5025 revealed that resistance was controlled by a single dominant allele.
