OBJECTIVE: Prenatal Binder profile is a well known clinical phenotype, defined by a flat profile without nasal eminence, contrasting with nasal bones of normal length. Binder profile results of a hypoplasia of the nasal pyramid (sometimes referred to as maxillonasal dysplasia).
