The genotypes for Beta-Lactoglobulin (BLG) and calpastatin (CAST) were determined by Polymerase Chain Reaction (PCR) and restriction enzyme digestion and genotyped for calpain (CAPN) by PCR-SSCP method in an Iranian breed sheep, Kurdi.
