The counter propagation artificial neural networks (CP-ANNs) were used to develop a quantitative structure-selectivity relationship (QSSR) for a set of artificial metalloenzymes. The artificial metalloenzymes consist of biotinylated rhodium-diphosphine complexes incorporated in streptavidin mutants acting as host protein.
