The allele distributions for 15 STR loci included in the AmpFISTR SGM Plus and AmpFISTR Profiler Plus kits ("Applied Biosystems", USA) were determined in 261 healthy unrelated individuals belonging to five indigenous populations of South Siberia: in Buryats, Altaians, Tofalars, Sojots and Khakassians.
