Arthrobacter endo-beta-N-acetylglucosaminidase (Endo-A), a member of glycoside hydrolase (GH) family 85, catalyses the hydrolysis and transglycosylation of asparagine-linked oligosaccharides of glycoproteins with retention of anomeric configuration.
