DNAS from 325 individuals representing 2 different populations (234 Brazilians and 91 Asiatics) were analysed for Restriction Fragment Length Polymorphisms (RFLPs). These DNAs were digested with Pvu II enzyme and successively hybridized to two HVR probes: alpha globin-3'HVR and Mucin-HVR.
