OBJECTIVE: The purpose of this study was to examine the relationship between cytokine genotypes and preeclampsia. STUDY DESIGN: We conducted a case-control study that examined cytokine genotypes among 150 primiparous preeclamptic women and 661 primiparous, normotensive women.
