HLA-Cw*1210 and -Cw*080102 were identified in Taiwan populations using reverse-line SSO typing method. Sequencing showed that HLA-Cw*1210 and -Cw*120201/02 were identical at exon 2 but differed at exon 3 with three nucleotide substitutions at codons 99 and 105 and an amino acid change from tyrosine to phenylalanine at codon 99.
